The Company received a notification on 16 July 2008 from Goodman & Company on behalf of Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd - Dynamic Funds, informing it that on behalf of one or more mutual funds or other discretionary client accounts managed by it, they have increased there position in the Company and now exercise control or direction over 7,500,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 7.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
