Shanta Gold Limited (“the Company”) confirms that on 19 June 2007 it was notified of the following change in its significant shareholders:
- On 18 June 2007, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited sold 452,700 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p in the share capital of the Company at a price of 38p per share. Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited now holds 4,650,633 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 4.70% of the issued Ordinary Share capital).
