Further to the announcements on 31 January 2011, 18 February 2011 and 13 October 2011 (providing for certain Directors to acquire existing ordinary shares in the Company in a Board approved monthly purchase scheme), Shanta Gold announces that a total of 34,056 ordinary shares were purchased today by certain Directors of the Company.
